Zoho CRM enabled a quick data migration and centralized lead management with lead assignment, a replicated sales workflow, and stronger security controls for personal data. The unified platform improved collaboration across teams in three countries (supporting remote work during COVID‑19), reduced missed deals and time-to-action, and materially increased productivity; Display Science has since added Zoho Invoice and Zoho Sign and is planning a move to Zoho One.
