West Ham United Football Club, a Premier League team with a 60,000-seat stadium and a large hospitality operation, needed a better way to manage guest data, check-in, seating, and event processes across its Club London boxes and lounges. In 2018, the club turned to zkipster to help digitize and improve those workflows on busy match days and at external events.

Using zkipster, West Ham United uploads Ticketmaster sales data for match-day check-in, creates floor and table plans with the Seating tool, and uses the app to seat and check in guests. The club says zkipster has made it easier to keep data live in one place, run reports for catering and other teams, manage VIP parking, and streamline hospitality operations, with more plans to use features like Share a table and messaging in the future.
