Lincoln Center’s special events team needed a way to keep donors connected during the pandemic after in-person events were no longer possible. They wanted to host a virtual gala with 29 virtual tables, send on-brand customized invitations, keep registration private and secure, track RSVPs, collect payments through 1ShoppingCart, and use Zoom to create a personalized guest experience.
Using Zkipster’s guest management platform and its plug-and-play Zoom integration, Lincoln Center built an event workflow for invitations, registration, check-in, and post-event reporting. Guests were assigned to shared virtual tables, sent personalized Zoom links, and the team received reports with RSVPs, virtual check-ins, and a seating chart PDF showing final table allocation, including shows and no-shows.
