Beamex, a Finland-based provider of calibration solutions serving over 12,000 customers through a global distributor network, faced a lack of visibility into partner-generated leads and could not track progression of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) from HubSpot across partners, regions or campaigns. To automate lead management and integrate HubSpot CRM data with partner systems, Beamex selected ZINFI Technologies and its partner relationship management (PRM) solution.
ZINFI Technologies deployed its web-based PRM portal integrated with HubSpot to automate MQL handoffs, give partners individual accounts and access to co-brandable collateral, and trigger alerts when leads stall. Within months Beamex onboarded about 40 partners and ~25 internal users, began tracking MQLs by partner, country and region, automatically routed SQLs back into HubSpot, and moved from zero visibility to real-time, quantifiable partner pipeline metrics — delivering clear ROI and faster follow-ups.
