ZINFI Technologies’ partner portal provided centralized training and certifications, continuous product updates, deal registration and lead‑tracking, enabling FVC’s teams to lock opportunities, monitor deals through the sales funnel and collaborate across regional offices. The portal—used by FVC for nearly six years and accessed by regional staff weekly—now supports daily use to keep teams current on NETSCOUT offerings, improve visibility and protect partner deals.
