VERSATEX Deploys the ZINFI Partner Portal to Create Email Campaigns, Track Sales and Provide Its Partners with Advanced Marketing Tools

VERSATEX, a US manufacturer of cellular PVC building products that sells through a broad network of dealers and distributors, needed an easy-to-use partner marketing and relationship solution because many of its dealers are small operations with limited marketing resources. To give partners better marketing tools, automate partner activities, and boost brand awareness, VERSATEX implemented the ZINFI Technologies platform—specifically the ZINFI partner portal—to provide PRM and PMM capabilities.

Using the ZINFI Technologies partner portal since July 2019, VERSATEX built custom modules, automated lead assignment, ran targeted email campaigns (including notifications when new stocking dealers come online), and now uses the portal as its CRM to track sales activity and the customer journey. The deployment delivers immediate ROI: about 65 VERSATEX employees use the portal (40+ active sellers), partners access content from the shared library, marketing is more efficient, partner engagement has increased, and the company gains much more granular insight into sales and marketing performance.
