TELECO, a Greenville, SC reseller of NEC voice, video and data solutions, faced a sudden market shift when a major supplier exited the telecommunications business and left many dealers without products to sell. To capitalize on the opportunity to grow its NEC dealership network, TELECO partnered with NEC and adopted the NEC-branded partner portal built on the ZINFI Technologies channel marketing automation platform.
Using ZINFI Technologies’ platform, NEC helped TELECO assemble a targeted dealer list and launch an automated email campaign that tracked delivery and engagement. From 243 emails sent (93% delivered), TELECO achieved a 50% open rate, 16% click-through rate and has already signed up 47 new dealers—demonstrating rapid, measurable expansion of its channel through ZINFI Technologies’ solution.
