A ZINFI Technologies Case Study
Manawa, a Toronto-based managed IT services provider, needed a way to accelerate new-business growth while staying fully compliant with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). After an in-house attempt fell short, Manawa engaged ZINFI as its outsourced marketing arm to provide list development and phone-based demand generation services so outreach would be targeted and permission-based.
ZINFI refined and segmented prospect lists, ran phone campaigns to obtain CASL permissions and set appointments, and helped Manawa build an opt-in database and marketing approach. The ZINFI-led program shortened Manawa’s sales cycle, produced multiple appointments and qualified leads ready to close, supported the launch of a customer newsletter, and has moved the companies into a second, more-targeted campaign.
