ZINFI Technologies’ partner portal gave the reseller a single, mobile-accessible hub for product assets, syndicated videos, automated maintenance reminders and tools to organize and track prospects and sales—capabilities the reseller used to automate and track outreach across hundreds or thousands of customers. As a result, the reseller successfully expanded into the plumbing supply market, improved field support and dealer enablement, and gained a “significant advantage” that drove product adoption and sales.
