NetMotion Wireless, a provider of mobility management software with most revenue through channel partners, needed to relaunch and simplify its partner program and deploy a high-functioning partner portal quickly to improve partner enablement and deal registration integration. To meet this challenge NetMotion selected ZINFI Technologies, using ZINFI’s Unified Channel Management (UCM) platform and concierge partner marketing services to build a controlled partner “front door” and rebrand their channel marketing program.
ZINFI Technologies delivered a full partner portal and PRM capabilities in about six weeks and supported onboarding with its concierge service; as a result nearly 200 partner reps signed up and 80 reps attended webinar onboarding sessions within the first year. Partners immediately began using the portal for training, collateral, turnkey campaigns and ZINFI’s email marketing engine, giving NetMotion better visibility into partner activity and measurable metrics to drive further adoption.
