Global 4 Communications Uses NEC Partner Portal for the First Time to Generate Qualified Leads and Sell the SV9100 Communication System with 70 Handsets

Global 4 Communications, a UK telecoms provider and NEC partner, faced the challenge of running co-branded email campaigns to generate qualified leads for NEC handsets with a very small marketing team (one marketer with no PRM experience). To streamline the effort they used the NEC partner portal, a partner relationship management solution provided by ZINFI Technologies, to access turnkey email content and campaign automation.

Using ZINFI Technologies’ partner portal, Global 4 sent three NEC-co-branded emails to 11 education-sector segments (about 2,500 emails) after a WebEx training and using ZINFI’s training videos. The campaign achieved ~5% opens and ~2% clicks, produced about a dozen qualified appointments and resulted in sales including an NEC SV9100 communication system and roughly 70 handsets to schools; the campaign also highlighted additional ZINFI portal features Global 4 plans to adopt.
