DataNet, a 10-person software and communications provider and Genesys partner in San José, Costa Rica, faced low market awareness and regional skepticism about cloud services. To raise awareness of Genesys PureCloud and PureConnect and demystify cloud reliability for prospects, DataNet adopted the Genesys partner marketing portal powered by ZINFI Technologies’ channel marketing automation platform.
