Esinware Uses ZINFI Partner Portal to Train and Certify Technical Staff in APM and Observability Technology

Esinware, a 12-person IT firm based in Rome that delivers solutions to government agencies, defense contractors and sports federations, needed a way to stay agile and highly skilled to compete with much larger local rivals. To meet the challenge of rapid problem resolution and to build credentials in cloud application performance monitoring (APM) and observability, Esinware turned to the APM provider’s partner portal—deployed as a core module of ZINFI Technologies’ Unified Channel Management platform—for on-demand training and certification.

ZINFI Technologies’ partner portal gives Esinware real-time access to up-to-date training content, certifications, and partner resources; as a result seven to eight technical staff use the portal weekly to hone skills and pursue certifications. The company is working toward certifying five to six employees by Q1 2024, and the increased competence has improved Esinware’s service delivery, responsiveness and competitive position in the local marketplace.
