Enterprise Technology International (ETI), a Colorado-based, veteran-owned IT consulting and services firm, struggled to start conversations with prospective customers and balance outreach with privacy concerns—particularly around email. As a reseller and partner of a major technology vendor, ETI needed an easy way to generate awareness of its cloud and IT services across multiple touchpoints, so it turned to the vendor’s partner marketing center built on the ZINFI Technologies partner portal.
Using the ZINFI Technologies partner portal, ETI leveraged co‑brandable, customizable campaigns and integrated channels (email, landing pages, microsites, social) plus support from ZINFI’s partner marketing concierge to refine messaging and target prospect lists. The solution enabled integrated multi-touch campaigns, helped ETI reach additional prospects and expand into three to four new territories, and delivered measurable gains in awareness and engagement for its IT services.
