Micro Care Computers Pvt., a Hyderabad-based IT solutions and HP Technology Partner, needed higher-quality leads to grow its cloud, servers, storage and virtualization practice but lacked a dedicated marketing team. To leverage HP MDF funds and accelerate pipeline generation, they engaged ZINFI Technologies and its channel marketing services, including a Cloud campaign and appointment-setting program.
ZINFI Technologies deployed a targeted program—co-branded microsite, HTML eDMs to 428 contacts and telemarketing with BANT qualification—to set appointments and hand qualified leads to Micro Care. The campaign produced 24 appointments (13 qualified held), 8 sales opportunities averaging $12K–$15K, and an opportunity pipeline of about $80K in 6–8 weeks, while reducing sales cycle time and increasing brand awareness.
