Ellipsiz DSS Pte Ltd., a Singapore‑headquartered provider of probe card, distribution and service solutions for the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry, needed to identify potential customers, generate sales opportunities and increase funnel value but faced an outdated contact database with high bounce and disconnected numbers. To address this, Ellipsiz engaged ZINFI Technologies for a tele‑qualification campaign, leveraging ZINFI’s PMC platform and tele‑marketing services.

ZINFI Technologies built a co‑branded microsite and HTML eDM, ran email blasts (6.35% open, 4.14% click‑through) followed by targeted tele‑qualification and BANT follow‑up by Ellipsiz field engineers; the campaign produced a sales funnel of approximately $50,000, 26 tele‑qualified prospects for the Agilent B2900 Power source plus cross‑sell opportunities (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers), an 8.1% callback rate, reduced sales cycle and increased brand awareness while helping Ellipsiz clean and better segment its database.
