A ZINFI Technologies Case Study
National Telesystems, a Dallas-based NEC channel partner and reseller of telecom systems, faced a common SMB challenge: efficiently and cost-effectively communicating the benefits of system upgrades to its installed base. Producing professional, co-branded email campaigns in-house was time-consuming, so National adopted NEC’s Channel Digital Marketing Program, powered by ZINFI Technologies’ Unified Channel Management (UCM) platform.
Using ZINFI Technologies’ UCM-based program, National selected NEC’s turnkey "Migration to SV9100" email campaign, requested minor customizations via ZINFI’s Marketing Help Desk, uploaded a targeted list, scheduled the emails and tracked opens and clicks. The campaign produced 13 migrations in six months totaling over $150,000, then added two more migrations (about $20,000) within the first month of a follow-up campaign — saving time, boosting sales, and providing clear, actionable reporting.
