Central Telephone Sales and Service, a Minneapolis‑area reseller and longtime NEC partner, needed a better way to generate and maintain customer awareness of NEC solutions and to drive upgrades—especially during an NEC promotion to move customers from the UNIVERGE SV8100 to the SV9100. To address this, they used NEC’s Channel Digital Marketing portal, which is built on ZINFI Technologies’ Unified Channel Management (UCM) platform, to access ready-made, co‑brandable marketing materials.
ZINFI Technologies supplied the portal and concierge onboarding so Central Telephone could quickly download print‑quality, co‑branded brochures, mail them to customers and follow up with targeted phone campaigns. The approach helped Central Telephone sell “quite a few” NEC system upgrades during the promotion, kept both NEC and Central Telephone top of mind, and positioned the company to run regular, product‑specific campaigns going forward.
