Falmouth Public Safety Communications Center was facing an aging, unsupported dispatch system and needed a future-ready replacement to continue dispatching police, fire and EMS for Falmouth, Yarmouth and North Yarmouth. After evaluating options and seeing a nearby deployment, the center chose Zetron’s IP-based MAX Dispatch to provide modern, flexible console functionality and long-term support.

Zetron’s MAX Dispatch was supplied and installed (by their local partner RCM) as two console positions; installation, training and cutover were completed in about a week.
