The Mundelein Police Department, serving a village consistently rated as one of America's safest cities, faced the challenge of replacing its end-of-life emergency call-taking and dispatch equipment. Their outdated system was no longer supported and lacked the capabilities needed for future technologies like Next-Gen 9-1-1. The department selected Zetron to provide a new IP-based MAX Dispatch and MAX Call-Taking solution to address these needs.

Zetron implemented a single-vendor solution that integrated seamlessly with the department's existing CAD, recorder, and county radio networks, ensuring critical interoperability.
