Appalachian State University’s campus police were operating on a decades-old dispatch system that suffered from garbled audio and parts obsolescence, limiting reliability and support. To modernize communications and enable remote/backup dispatching, the university selected Zetron’s MAX Dispatch system through reseller High Country Communications.

High Country Communications staged and installed Zetron’s MAX Dispatch (two workstations, four IP radio gateways and two controllers), a pure end-to-end IP console designed for easy deployment.
