Bonnyville Regional Fire Authority Integrates Zetron’s Next Generation Technology

The Bonnyville Regional Fire Authority (BRFA), which serves 11 fire stations and handles all 9-1-1 calls across the Municipal District of Bonnyville, needed to replace an aging call-taking, CAD and dispatch system to ensure fast, reliable emergency response. Working with WCI Whyte Communications, BRFA selected Zetron and its MAX Call Taking, MAX CAD and MAX Dispatch products to deliver a next‑generation, fully integrated solution.

Zetron implemented its end-to-end MAX suite, interoperable with the P25 AFRRCS network and Kenwood radios, and coordinated with TELUS to enable ANI/ALI parsing and integration into CAD. The result is a fully interoperable, user‑friendly system that pushed ALI into CAD, supports five municipal areas, and required only a one‑hour training session for staff — delivering faster, more reliable dispatch and streamlined operations for Bonnyville.
