Easy Taxi uses Zendesk to build relationships with their drivers

Easy Taxi is Latin America’s largest urban mobility application, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Brazil. As it expanded across riders, drivers, and businesses, the company focused on maintaining a consistent rider experience and building strong relationships with drivers. It used Zendesk Support to help manage those relationships.

Zendesk Support also gave Easy Taxi access to Satisfaction Prediction, a predictive analytics feature that signals the likelihood of high or low customer satisfaction before an agent interaction begins. Easy Taxi said it was excited about the results so far, and by 2016 it was serving users in more than 420 cities across 30 countries.
