Zendesk Sell implemented its core Sell productivity tools and the Apollo analytics layer, ingesting more than 15 million data points to build a company-specific Sales Genome, fix lead-tracking gaps and reveal which reps close deals from particular lead sources. As a result, Zendesk Sell enabled strategic lead distribution, clearer marketing attribution, higher-value lead focus (lead and opportunity scoring) and much greater executive visibility into sales performance.
