The manual effort offered little insight into pipeline stages or prospect data, so Advent selected Zendesk Sell to centralize and organize its sales process.
Zendesk Sell was implemented with customized pipelines, lead/contact/deal cards, automatic tracking of calls, emails and appointments, plus Smart Lists and Pipeline Reports to monitor deal stages. As a result, Advent achieved a 50% increase in pipeline visibility and an estimated 50% boost in rep productivity, with faster follow-ups, better forecasting and time savings from email integration — and plans to use Sell’s open API to further sync systems.
