Oasis Martial Arts, founded in 2003 by Tony and Angela Redmond, is a community-focused studio that teaches kids and families martial arts while emphasizing character and leadership. As the student base grew, Tony—who had been running a homegrown software system—found routine tasks like reminders, attendance tracking, billing, and parent communications consuming too much time, leaving less time for teaching and program development.

Tony trialed Zen Planner, worked with its sales and onboarding teams to import data and configure the system, and began automating scheduling, billing, and recurring emails and workflows. The change freed up an estimated 12–15 hours per week, improved attendance and parent communications, and allowed Oasis Martial Arts to refocus on instruction and its mission of transforming lives.
