Ludwig Martial Arts, founded by UFC veteran Duane Ludwig and managed day-to-day by Paul Lucero, has grown to 30+ affiliates but struggled with manual, paper-based lead tracking and unreliable prospect reporting. Although they used Zen Planner for belt/attendance tracking, billing and retail, Lucero hadn’t implemented the automated prospect funnel and found lead follow-up time-consuming and inconsistent.

The consolidated workflow saves Lucero roughly 1.5 hours a day, boosted weekly leads from about 3–4 to 6 and improved conversion consistency and reporting accuracy — all without extra software costs.
