Using Zapier, Ruler Analytics created Zaps to automatically send new conversions into Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Google Sheets, while also syncing contacts between Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, and Mailchimp. This reduced manual work, streamlined lead management, and improved how customers used their data; Ruler Analytics also noted that retention improves when customers use Zapier because the data becomes part of their existing workflows.
