How MeUndies Connects Multiple Teams with Different Project Management Tools

MeUndies, the apparel company known for its comfort-focused products and lean workflows, had a challenge coordinating work between teams using different project management tools. The Customer Experience team worked in Asana while the Dev team used Pivotal Tracker, which meant requests had to be entered, tracked, and updated in both systems.

Using Zapier, MeUndies connected Asana and Pivotal Tracker with automated Zaps that created stories and tasks across both tools, added links for status updates, and improved visibility between teams. According to MeUndies, this cut the work involved in half, saved the Dev team time on one-off messages, and helped prevent issues from being unnecessarily escalated.
