How Fortified Bicycle Automatically Texts Their Facebook Leads

Fortified Bicycle, a maker of theft-resistant bikes and accessories, needed a faster way to follow up with people responding to Facebook Lead Ads and to manage customer interactions around test rides. Using Zapier with Facebook Lead Ads, Burst SMS, Calendly, Slack, and Google Sheets, the team wanted to replace slow manual follow-up with immediate outreach and better lead tracking.

Zapier implemented automations that sent SMS messages to new Facebook leads, created lead records in Google Sheets, and triggered Slack notifications and text messages when test rides were scheduled through Calendly. The result was near-instant customer contact instead of waiting a day or two, which led to more responses from leads and smoother coordination for the Fortified Bicycle team.
