Miracle Messages is a nonprofit that helps reunite people experiencing homelessness with long-lost loved ones, but its small team struggled to manage information efficiently while coordinating a large remote volunteer network. Before using Zapier, sharing case updates and hotline messages across apps and volunteers was difficult and time-consuming.
With Zapier, Miracle Messages automated key workflows between Airtable, Trello, Dialpad, and Google Sheets so new cases, updates, and hotline calls were routed and tracked automatically. Using Zapier, the team has helped reconnect more than 400 people with their loved ones, while saving the executive director at least 10 hours a week and each volunteer about 1 hour weekly.
