How a San Francisco Nonprofit Sends More Students to College with Airtable and Zapier

ScholarMatch, a San Francisco nonprofit that helps low-income and first-generation students get to and through college, needed a better way to manage student feedback and keep its team aligned. Using Zapier with Gravity Forms and Airtable, the organization wanted to automatically route incoming feedback so staff and volunteers could respond faster and stay connected as they scaled.

Zapier implemented automated Zaps that sent new form submissions into Airtable and notified the right team members by email or Slack. As a result, ScholarMatch sped up feedback handling, improved team collaboration, and spent less time sorting and transferring information. The nonprofit also reported reaching 698 students in 2016, with 97% on track to graduate.
