Lasagna Love, a grassroots nonprofit started by Rhiannon Menn during the pandemic, grew from a few homemade meals into a nationwide volunteer network serving families in need. As the organization scaled, it needed a better way to onboard new volunteers and manage information without spending hours on manual admin work, so it turned to Zapier.

With Zapier, Lasagna Love automated its volunteer onboarding workflow from a Squarespace sign-up form into personalized Google Sheets, Bitly links, welcome emails, and its master database. Zapier’s automation saved Rhiannon more than 200 hours, helping Lasagna Love focus on its mission and expand its reach to over 4,000 families across the country.
