One Zap triggered by a past-due invoice would add it to a Google Sheet, verify if a notice was needed, and then send a personalized email with the invoice attached. This automation, along with another complex workflow for mailing legal notices, removed over 15 hours of work per week. The results for Arden Insurance were substantial: the workflows help collect over $150 million in payments annually and contribute to overhead savings of more than $500,000 per year. Zapier's automation also saved the company an estimated 34,000 hours of manual work.
