Who Cares about Free Speech? A global study conducted by YouGov Custom Research

Justitia, a judicial think tank promoting human rights, sought to discover global attitudes towards the principle of free speech to help foster international dialogue. Their challenge was to obtain robust data from a globally representative sample on this sensitive topic, for which they partnered with the vendor YouGov.

YouGov implemented a solution by conducting a comprehensive global survey across 33 markets. The result was the influential "Who Cares about Free Speech?" report and the creation of the Justitia Free Speech Index. This provided an invaluable tool for ongoing research and successfully shaped the global dialogue on the importance of free speech.
