To address this challenge, they turned to the vendor YouGov and utilized its YouGov Surveys: Self-serve product.
YouGov implemented a rapid solution by targeting people in Wales to test two campaign creatives. The desired survey responses were collected within 24 hours, providing immediate, granular results. The findings revealed that respondents were 51% more likely to make a reservation after seeing the ads and also provided crucial feedback on confusing language, which directly informed the next stage of their campaign.
