How Havas Village built a connected insights and audience platform with YouGov

Havas, a leading advertising and communications agency, sought to build a globally consistent connected insights platform to differentiate its offerings. Its challenge was to compile and leverage consumer and brand metrics, segmentation, and media consumption data to enable deep audience understanding, precise campaign activation, and live tracking. To meet this need, they partnered with YouGov.

YouGov provided a comprehensive solution leveraging its Profiles, BrandIndex, and research surveys products across multiple markets. This integration, including a large proprietary study, fueled Havas's new platform, Converged OS. The results were significant: the platform expanded to 26 markets, user adoption grew from 40 to nearly 600 weekly users, and the agency won key clients. YouGov's data proved instrumental in activating media campaigns and improving performance metrics for Havas's clients.
