GOOD, a strategic and creative agency, faced a challenge in understanding consumer attitudes toward purpose-led marketing for its clients. To build a market segmentation strategy, they partnered with the vendor YouGov to design and execute a robust survey.

YouGov implemented its Surveys: Serviced solution to conduct a nationally representative survey of 4,700 respondents, connecting the results to its Profiles audience intelligence tool. This provided GOOD with granular data that identified five distinct "Purpose Personas," enabling them to create targeted marketing strategies. As a result, GOOD published a top 100 brands ranking, a whitepaper, and a webinar, which successfully positioned them as thought leaders in their field.
