BonLook, a Canadian eyewear retailer, faced crowded in-store experiences—especially at a busy mall kiosk—and needed a way to manage foot traffic while preserving a high-touch retail process. To solve this, BonLook turned to YouCanBookMe’s online scheduling to offer in-store appointment bookings across its locations.
YouCanBookMe provided customizable, bilingual booking pages, webhook integration and per-appointment-type configuration, which BonLook embedded into its site and systems. The solution helped manage appointments across 36 stores, handled about 7,000 bookings/month pre-COVID (rising to ~15,000/month during pandemic restrictions), and was used for roughly 20% of visits—driving better resource utilization, higher conversion rates, improved staffing and marketing targeting, and richer business intelligence for planning.
