WMW and Yotpo Revamp Emma Bridgewater’s Digital Presence

Emma Bridgewater, the home and garden pottery brand, needed to modernize its online presence to create a smoother customer journey and support global growth. After a digital transformation challenge and the shutdown of its previous eCommerce vendor, the company worked with Yotpo and We Make Websites to rebuild its site on Shopify Plus, improve navigation, PDPs, checkout flow, and add stronger social proof from its loyal customer base.

Yotpo helped implement Reviews and Visual UGC across the experience, syndicating content to international sites and collecting customer photos and feedback at scale. The results were strong: Emma Bridgewater gathered over 30,000 reviews and 2,000+ customer images, saw an 11.3% conversion rate among visitors who engaged with a Yotpo on-site asset, and achieved a 75% lift in average time on site.
