The results were strong: 5 SMS campaigns delivered an average 10.87x ROI, the first campaign hit 29.56x ROI with a 3.8% click-through rate, loyalty program ROI reached 7.7x, and SMS channel ROI grew 125% year over year while the SMS subscriber base increased 212% year over year.
