Soko Glam, founded in 2012 by Charlotte and Dave Cho, curates Korean skincare and beauty products for a US audience from its New York base. Working with Swell, Soko Glam launched “Soko Rewards,” a tiered VIP system and custom rewards page that offers exclusive, points‑only products to top shoppers. The collaborative implementation created a strong sense of exclusivity and urgency—VIPs now redeem rewards 20x more often than average shoppers, the program generated a 7x return on investment, and delivered over 170,000 redemptions within six months, with redemption rates well above industry averages.
