Slumber Cloud, a bedding brand known for temperature-regulating products inspired by NASA technology, partnered with Yotpo Reviews to collect and display customer feedback as the brand grew. As more shoppers tried to research products, Slumber Cloud’s customer service team was flooded with questions because customers couldn’t easily search through reviews, and the brand also wanted to improve its on-site experience.

Yotpo helped Slumber Cloud implement Smart Filters in its Reviews widget, along with the Reviews Carousel and new Bold Layout. Yotpo’s solution made reviews easier to search and more prominently displayed, reducing customer service questions and improving engagement; the brand reported a 228% lift in average time on site to 10 minutes and 32 seconds, with zero impact to its Google Lighthouse Score.
