Ruohonjuuri, a Finnish retail and eCommerce brand focused on natural cosmetics, organic food, and supplements, wanted to create a consistent customer experience across online and offline channels after migrating to Shopify Plus. The company also needed a stronger reviews and loyalty solution with better customer data to build trust, collect user-generated content, and understand shopper behavior more deeply.
Ruohonjuuri partnered with Yotpo, using Yotpo Reviews and Loyalty & Referrals to turn in-store stamp cards into points-based rewards, collect product and site reviews, and gather photos and videos. The results were significant: reviews increased by 350% in one month, customers engaging with reviews had a 183% higher conversion rate, and loyalty redeemers showed a 175% higher repeat purchase rate. Ruohonjuuri also improved its star rating from 4.5 to 4.6 and used Yotpo’s content to boost Google visibility and social proof.
