Yotpo helped Princess Polly launch Princess Polly Rewards, a tiered VIP program built around exclusive experiences such as social features and insider access, with support from Yotpo’s broader platform including SMS and Reviews. The results were strong: participation reached 74% across four loyalty tiers, 95% of redeemers were in the top tier, loyalty redeemers achieved a 66% repeat purchase rate, and the program generated 15.4X ROI.
