LSKD, the Australian activewear and lifestyle brand, wanted to make its loyalty program just as seamless in-store as it was online. Using Yotpo Loyalty, the team needed a simpler way for shoppers to join and engage during retail interactions without extra friction or steps.
Yotpo, implemented through Novel wallet passes, let shoppers scan a QR code at checkout to instantly sign up, access rewards, and redeem points from their mobile wallets. The rollout removed friction, improved in-store engagement, and gave staff a new sales tool; weekly scans grew from 20–40 to 200–300, while LSKD saw a 41.2% repeat customer rate, a 39.35% increase in sales from repeat customers, and a 13.24% increase in 3+ purchase customers.
