Facing a crowded $24 billion U.S. lingerie market and low initial consumer trust, the team needed a seamless, rapid feedback loop for monthly product releases—customers were calling frequently with questions and the company wanted insights fast to improve fit and materials.

Adore Me implemented Yotpo’s review platform (including Mail After Purchase, review collection, moderation and social sharing) to drive engagement and build trust. The move generated about 3,000 reviews per month, eliminated many customer calls, became their primary source of product feedback used to refine materials and sizing, and delivered trackable bottom-line results through the Yotpo dashboard.
