Global Fast-Growing Technology Company, a rapidly expanding firm with more than 1,500 employees, needed to build a culture-focused campus recruiting program to recruit future leaders and create authentic student experiences across nearly 75 career fairs worldwide. To scale relationship management and streamline events, the company partnered with Yello, using Yello’s talent relationship management solution, event management platform, and mobile recruiting apps.

Yello’s tools re-engaged passive students with targeted campaigns (nearly half of email openers visited the student career portal), drove event pre-registration and resume review, and enabled mobile resume capture and ongoing talent community engagement. The results: student applications rose from 3,000 to over 50,000 in less than 18 months, the team engaged more than 10,000 students at events, and the company built an active talent community of about 20,000 candidates—creating a scalable pipeline for internships and entry-level hires.
