Toyota North America’s College Programs group, which hires more than 500 interns and co‑ops annually, needed a more proactive, scalable way to capture talent at career fairs and diversity events while a small recruiting team couldn’t be everywhere. Yello’s platform enabled QR‑driven pre‑registration, instant scheduling for same‑ or next‑day interviews, centralized candidate profiles, and pre‑recorded video screening; the results include 94% of candidates sourced from events (2019), 63% of attendees pre‑registering, 402 pre‑recorded interviews completed, 25% of candidates evaluated, and 8,406 emails sent. With Yello Toyota reduced onsite staff needs at large conferences, accelerated time‑to‑offer (offers sent within one week), expanded its talent pool and diversity of thought, and significantly improved recruiting efficiency and ROI.
