How Crowe eliminated weeks of manual work for their staff by powering on-campus recruiting efforts and hiring events with Yello

Crowe, one of the largest public accounting, consulting and technology firms in the U.S., faced a paper‑heavy, time‑consuming campus recruiting process that required staff to sort, scan and upload hundreds of resumes and evaluation forms after each event. To modernize and scale recruiting across more than 80 target schools and 200+ events per year, Crowe implemented Yello’s recruitment events and candidate management platform (including centralized candidate profiles, evaluation workflows, and email/text campaign tools).

Using Yello, Crowe centralized event management and evaluations, cutting estimated admin time per event from 60 minutes to 15 minutes and saving nearly 175 total hours annually across 223 events. The firm added 12,280 candidate resumes, scheduled 1,194 candidates and collected 9,083 evaluations, enabling faster follow‑up, a more memorable candidate experience, a centralized hiring pipeline and the ability to pursue its goal of 900+ campus hires—demonstrating significant efficiency and hiring impact driven by Yello.
